When Deb Steinberg started
Doggy Day
Camp
on March 1, 1991, it was
the only business of its kind
in the United States. In the article "Doggone Cozy," Rebecca Jones, staff writer, Rocky Mountain News,
wrote, "The dean of local day care providers is Deb Steinberg."

The first day care for dogs,
Doggy Day
Camp has
been successful for
more than twelve years. Deb's innovative philosophy and experience have been the model
for a popular, growing field.
The idea for doggy day care began with Deb's
experience, when her lunchtime became "Check
on the puppy time." In raising
the family's Scottish Terrier, it became apparent that socializing, good
manners, and a secure, familiar overnight boarding facility were needed. And
so
Doggy Day
Camp became a reality.
With our spacious new facility,
Doggy Day
Camp
offers convenient on-site
services, including
Boarding,
Grooming,
Training, and a
Scotty-endorsed
Doggy
Boutique.
